✨Keep your pet happy and healthy when you're not home

Everybody would love a dog. Unfortunately, our modern lifestyles don’t always leave us a lot of time to stay and take care of them. Leaving your dog home alone is ok as long as it is not for too long. The maximum amount of time any dog should be left is around four hours. Otherwise, it’s not good for his health or your relationship. He may become stressed, bored, destructive and toilet in the house.

WOpet Titbit interactive dog camera was designed to help alleviate separation anxiety and keep your pup safe and happy every day. Vet and dog trainer approved! 🦴

I didn’t have to do anything. When I set mine up, night vision just worked. I have no issues there.

  • We pressed the treat dispenser button on the device and it resulted in a programed recurring treat time (four actually!) - but now I cannot figure out how to stop those treat times on the application or the device, can someone tell me how to de-program the device?

It may be caused by small food size. Change the food to a bigger size, and reset the dog camera.

If it's still not working, contact us via support@wopetshop.com and we will help you.

  • My Wopet connected very easily for setup, however I found that when my phone is not connected to the wifi network, it shows the Wopet being offline. Because of this my parents also were unable to view the camera through my account. Do you have to be connected to the same wifi network as the device? If so, what is the point of this? Help!

The phone doesn't need to connect to the same wifi network as the device.

Check if your phone's network is strong enough, and please note that the dog camera can be connected to only one account/phone.

  • Any one know how to get it to scan or different way to scan cux i get it to scan the code

Put the QR code face down to the camera, and keep the distance between 10-20 cm.

Make sure your wifi is a 2.4 GHz network first, and if it's still not working, switching to the hot spot connection ways is recommended.

  • How do you turn the device off?? I’d rather not have it in when not in use but I do not see a shit off feature.

The dog camera has no switch button. You can unplug it when not using it, and plug it in when using and the app on your phone will show online after refreshing.

  • What kind of treats do I need to buy for it?

The treat is recommended to be 5-15 mm.

-By WOpet Team on July 19, 2021

  • I bought this camera but we have 5G Wifi. Is there any way i am able to connect the Camera?

The dog camera supports only a 2.4 GHz network now. Please try to contact your network provider and split the network into 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi.

  • How can I remove a previous user?

  • Why is this true and is it always true? "Your home WiFi network needs to be a 2.4 GHz frequency for the dog camera treat to work.(5 GHz currently not supported)." I wanted to purchase yours after lots of research until I saw this. Waaa.

The dog camera now supports only a 2.4 GHz network but not a 5 GHz network as the 5G technology is not common in many areas.

  • We have little dogs which means we give them little treats. But the model we bought shoots out 3-4 treats at a time and shoots 4 times when we hit the button. We don’t want to give them that many treats each time. What is the best size treat to use? And is there a way to limit how many times the unit dispenses treats when we press the button?

The recommended food size would be 5-15 mm.

Please check if the motor will turn more than once when one-hit the button. And contact us via support@wopetshop.com and we'll help you.

  • Can there be more than 2 cameras watching live at the same time?

One camera can be connected to only one phone. And for one account, it can add several cameras.

-By WOpet Team on April 12, 2021

  • Can you set up automatic treats on this? We travel, and our cat needs calming treats while we’re gone. This would be perfect if we could set up a schedule for timing treats out for him; without fear of being late, with only a manually dispensing option.

The treat dispenser can not set treat schedules. For timed treats or feeding, we would recommend an automatic pet feeder with a camera.

  • Can I connect a second phone? When I try it kicks my first phone off

The treat dispenser can be connected to only one phone at the same time. Otherwise, it will knock out the previous one and the app will show offline.

You could use the same account to log in on the second phone to use the same treat dispenser.

The dispenser will say "connections successfully" and the app will show online if the dispenser is setting-up successfully.

-By WOpet Team on February 24, 2021.

  • Can i view the camera and dispense treats thru a web browser on my laptop or does it only work with mobile devices?

The treat dispenser only works with a mobile device but not a web browser.

  • Can you have 2-4 dispensers set up on the app and dispense in all simultaneously or dispense one by one? Also, can you connect it to nest and ring doorbells so that when the doorbell rings the dogs can be easily trained to go to spots at the dispensers rather than barking at the door/ front window?

No, we don't have this funtion yet and it can't connect the nest.
