Shipping and Warranty

Dose WOpet come with a warranty?

Yes! WOpet comes with a one year warranty starting from the date of shipping. If online purchases made through wopetshop.com break down within one year in the period of proper use, our customers will have a full replacement thanks to the relevant warranty.

We also provide 24-month extended warranty for our customers.

Does WOpet support product shipment to other countries except US? 

WITH THE CURRENT STATE OF COVID-19, we offer Free Shipping on all orders only in US and CA (only for specific products). For more details, please visit shipping and warranty page.

Product Issues

Sprite Feeder-F01

The feeder doesn't dispense food amount as programmed.

1) It maybe the infrared lights be blocked. Please clean the food residual in the food outlet as there are two infrared lights inside detecting food.
2) Next, treset the feeder by pressing the "Time" and the "MIC" buttons at the same time.
3) If it's still not working, please check if the motor is turning normally, and contact us vis support@wopetshop.com.

The feeder doesn't dispense food at the programmed time. 

1) First, check if the meals' time and stations are set correctly.
2) Next, check if the feeder's current time is consistent with the watch time. If not, set them the same.

Why is the low battery light flashing?

1) Change to three new alkaline batteries and make sure that they are installed correctly.
2) Unplug the feeder for a while and plug it in. If it's still flashing, reset the feeder by pressing the "Time" and the "MIC" buttons at the same time.

The feeder cannot be powered on.

1) Check if the power switch is ON, and the batteries (if using them) are in good condition.
2) Press the "Manual" button to see if it will make any sounds and dispense food.

How much is one portion?

The feeder has two dispensing wheels. By default, it's installed with the larger wheel, and one portion is 10 grams. The smaller wheel is attached at the package, and one portion is 5 grams.

Please note:
1) The portion size maybe slightly different with different sized food.
2) With different size and volume of one cup from different areas, we cannot say for sure how many portions equal to one cup.

Sprite Ⅱ Feeder-FV01

I can’t create an account.

1) Please keep APP open in the background, check the phone network, and open the message push reminder on the app page.
2) Switch the network or connect better network (other Wi-Fi/4G), restart or uninstall the app, re-register.
3) Your phone may need to authorize the right to the APP, please go to “settings” to set.
4) Android phone with mobile phone housekeeper and power saving tool, please open the setting to allow the background to run.
5) Download the newest version of APP.

My phone can’t receive messages.

1) Messages keep APP open in the background, check the network first, open the message reminder button on the app.
2) Your phone may need to authorize the right to the APP, please go to “setting” to set.
3) Android phone with mobile phone housekeeper and power saving tool, please open the setting to allow the background to run.
4) Check your network.

The cellphone doesn’t remind me of food discharge.

The device has been rotated, which results in failure of food detection. Check whether there is no food in the barrel or the food outlet is blocked.

Cannot speak right through the app/cannot hear anything from the feeder's side.

1) First, please note that the speaking function and the hearing function cannot be used at the same time.
2) Check if the app has the permission to use the phone microphone.
3) If it's still not working, please long-press the SET button to see if it will any sound like "dingdong". If not, please contact us via support@wopetshop.com.

Cannot hear any sound on the app when pressing the speaker icon. 

1) Check if the app has the permission to use the speaker on the phone setting.
2) Check if the network is good enough and keep distance from the app.

The cellphone indicates device abnormality.

1) Clean the food residual in the food outlet (the area from which food comes out) as there are two infrared lights inside detecting food.
2) Next, check whether or not the motor is running normally, and if the motor and the wheel are connected firmly.
3) If it's still not working, please reset the feeder by long-pressing the SET button on the feeder, and re-connect it.

The cellphone indicates excessive food discharge.

1) There is too much food at the food outlet, which needs cleaning.
2) Please also clean the food residual in the food outlet (the area from which food comes out) as the infrared lights maybe blocked.

 

The video watching is not working suddenly.

Check if the link indicator works well. If not, your network is unstable. Your password for video watching is wrong, re-bind your password.

I can’t find the photos I took in my phone, but they are found in the APP.

Please check if the app has the permission to save pictures and videos to your phone at the phone's settings.

The Signal of “Wopet _XXXXXX” for Android devices isn’t stable.

With too many SSIDs around, the feeder’s Wi-Fi signal may be jammed. In this case, please select the Wi-Fi hotspot manually: manually select the feeder’s Wi-Fi hotspot (Wopet_XXXXX) in the cellphone’s Wi-Fi setup interface.

If power outage, will the feeder die?

When power off or disconnected, if the feeder equipped with batteries, it will dispense food according to the parameters set by your mobile phone.

Please note that when first set up the feeder, please plug it in and set feeding programs. And also plug it in for about one week, so that the feeder can save parameters and will dispense as programmed when power off or disconnected.

Cannot connect successfully through the QR code.

1) First, check if the wifi is 2.4 GHz network, and has no restrictions to other ports.
2) Check if the wifi's name has any blank space. If any, please delete them and try again.

Where to find the feeder's MAC address?

Connecting the feeder through its MAC address is not recommended. If really need it, please,
1) Connect the feeder through other wifi not requiring MAC address;
2) Provide your account to support@wopetshop.com, and we will find out its MAC address for you. Meanwhile, please keep the feeder connected.
Tip: For wifi not requiring MAC address, you can use another phone to generate hot spot wifi.

Patrol Feeder-F07

Feeder seems not powering on.

1) Check if the power switch is ON, and the batteries (if using them) are in good conditions.
2) Press one of the buttons to see if it will make any sound. If yes, the feeder is powered on.
3) Please note that the feeder should be plugged in to use the wifi functions.

Cannot connect it successfully.

1) First, check if the wifi is 2.4 GHz network, and has no restrictions to other ports like firewall.
2) If the router needs the feeder's MAC address, you can find it in "advanced setting"-"device information" on the app.
3) Reset the feeder by long-pressing the Wi-Fi settings button for 3 seconds until you hear a beep sound. And when the red indicator is flashing, re-connect the feeder through one of the three connection ways.
4) Please note that the feeder should be plugged in to use the wifi functions.

The cellphone doesn’t remind me of food discharge.

1) Check if the app notification button is on at the Settings on the app. And also if the app has been authorised to send messages.meals are set to ON, and if the time zone is set correctly on the app.
2) Check whether there is no food in the barrel or the food outlet is blocked.

The feeder doesn't dispense food at the programmed time.

1) Check if the meals are set to ON, and if the time zone is set correctly on the app.
2) Clean the food residual in the food outlet as the infrared lights maybe blocked.
3) If it's still not working, please provide the feeder's virtual ID to support@wopetshop.com. You can find it at "advanced setting"-"device information" on the app.

Why does it always prompt that food is blocking the feeding tray when this is not the case? 

1) If food are not eaten in 10 minute after dispensed, the app will send a message that food is blocking the feeding tray.
2) If you still receive the message after the food are eaten, it is possible that food is stuck in the food slot, and please clean it.

How to disable the manual feeding function on the feeder in case of pet touch?

You can set the portion of the manual feeding to 0 on the app to disable it.

The app indicates no battery when this is not the case?

Check if the batteries are suitable, and if they are installed correctly and connected securely.

If power outage, will the feeder die?

The feeder doesn't dispense food amount as programmed.

1) It maybe the infrared lights be blocked. Please clean the food residual in the food outlet as there are two infrared lights inside detecting food.
2) If still not working, please reset the feeder by pressing the "REC" key for 3 seconds at the setting mode (the LCD backlight is on).
3) If it's still not working, please check if the motor is turning properly, and contact us vis support@wopetshop.com.

The feeder doesn't dispense food at the programmed time. 

1) First, check if the meals' time and stations are set correctly.
2) Next, check if the feeder's current time is consistent with the watch time. If not, set them the same.

Why is the red light flashing?

The red alarm light will flash when the battery power is low.

1) Please change to three new alkaline batteries and make sure that they are installed correctly.
2) Unplug the feeder for a while and plug it in. If it's still flashing, reset the feeder by pressing the "REC" key for 3 seconds at the setting mode (the LCD backlight is on).

The feeder cannot be powered on.

1) Check if the power switch is ON, and the batteries (if using them) are in good condition.
2) Press the "Feeding" key for 3 seconds to see if it will make any sounds and dispense food at the un-setting state (the LCD backlight is off).

Water Fountain-D30

Why the pump starts and stops continuously?

1) Check if the fountain and the pump are connected securely. And if the water level is higher than the pump and lower than the max level.
2) If it's still not working, please unplug the fountain for a while and plug it in.

Where are the filters available for buying?

The filters are available at Amazon WOpet stores and wopet.com.

Please note that the every two packs of filters are stacked together.

TitBit Treat Dispenser Camera-D01

I can’t create an account.

2) Check if the app has the permission to use the speaker on the phone setting.
3) Check if the network is good enough and keep distance from the app.

When one-clicking the "treat" button, it will shoot out multiple treats, not just one. 

1) First, check if treat size is within 5-15mm. If with smaller treats, it will shoot out multiple treats.
2) Check if the spinning wheel will turn more than once. If yes, clean the food residual in the food outlet, and reset the dispenser by long-pressing the SET button.
3) If it's still not working, please contact us via support@wopetshop.com.

The cellphone indicates device abnormality.

Check whether or not the motor is running normally, and if the motor and the witch are drop off.

The video watching is not working suddenly.

Check if the link indicator works well. If not, your network is unstable. Your password for video watching is wrong, re-bind your password.
