1. The pet feeder is no powers on.
1. First, pls try to use different power cords and adaptors to plug the feeder, checking whether it is an issue of the cord or the adaptors.
2. Pls check whether the machine can be powered on when powered only by new batteries.
2. Why the feeder shows low battery but the battery is new?
Some rechargeable batteries have low voltages, and the feeder may give false message. Please ignore or replace ordinary non-rechargeable batteries.
3. The panel is not working properly.
1. Pls try to take the feeder apart, then clean the all parts of the feeder, seeing if there is any cockroaches inside disrupting the program. 2. Pls try to unplug and replug the feeder, restore the feeder to factory default and reset it, then check if it would work properly.

Q: Why the motor runs but no food comes out?
A: Please make sure the removable parts installed into the feeder correctly.
Q: Why the motor runs reversely?
A: When the food get stuck, the motor will run reversely to solve the food stuck problem.
Q: How to unlock the screen lock function of the feeder?
A: The lock mode of the display screen is to prevent your pet from touching it. In the event that you do not have any settings within 20 seconds, the feeder is automatically put into a locked state, and you can unlock it by long pressing the setting button for three seconds.
